What are Tress Luxe Memberships?
The Tress Luxe Memberships are for ladies who love a good sew-in install... and SAVINGS! When you bundle 6 installs with the biannual plan you will receive on free install. When you opt for the annual or the 12 install plan you will receive 2 free installs to be used anytime within a 12 month period.
So, biannual breaks down to an install every 8 weeks, while the annual option breaks down to an install every 4-5 weeks. The annual option is great for women who like fresh hair often or for those women with fine hair.
How do I redeem my prepaid subscription appointments?
Once you've purchased your prepaid plan, your credit will be applied directly to your account at the time of scheduling. No need for a special code as your account will reflect the package purchase and available credits.
Can I use a BNPL option?
Yes. You can use a Buy Now, Pay Later option to secure your prepaid plan and lock in your annual or bi-annual savings.
How far in advance can I schedule my appointments?
The Tress Membership opens the scheduling options, giving you access to the calendar 90 days in advance, compared to the current 45-day limit. This means you'll secure the most convenient appointments, including exclusive Saturday availability (no blackout dates), without the stress of last-minute bookings.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Missed appointments will count as used. Be sure to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing a credit.
Are hair extensions included in the price?
No, hair extensions are not included in the price. However, they are available at a 10% discount for Tress Luxe members.
Will my unused appointments roll over?
The 6-month plan and the 12 month plan must be used within 12 months from the start date. Unused appointments will not roll over or be refunded.
Can I cancel for a refund?
Due to the nature of the membership there are no refunds for the prepaid plan after the first appointment has been scheduled. If you are seeking something a bit more flexible feel free to check out our monthly subscription option (spoiler: the savings aren't the same).
